The Lebanese Recipes Kitchen (The home of delicious Lebanese Recipes and Middle Eastern food recipes) invites you to read this article about How to make chocolate baskets.
These easy-to-make chocolate baskets effortlessly glam up dessert. Follow our simple three-step guide to score extra points for impressive presentation.
Step 1: Place chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Use a metal spoon to stir until the chocolate melts. Alternatively, place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat, uncovered, on Medium/500watts/50%, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Step 2: Spoon a little chocolate onto a sheet of non-stick baking paper. Spread into a 15cm-diameter circle.
Step 3: Place the chocolate-coated sheet over an upside-down small bowl, chocolate-side up, to create a basket. Put aside until set. Remove the paper. Fill with ice-cream, cream or mousse and top with berries or sliced fruit.
