This luscious hot chocolate is for serious chocoholics.

1 cup thickened cream
2 litres milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon caster sugar
250g good-quality dark chocolate, broken into squares
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Combine milk, vanilla and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Divide chocolate between 8 heatproof 300ml-capacity glasses. Pour milk over chocolate. Top with cream and marshmallows. Serve.
